Refund policy
REFUND POLICY STATEMENT
Only defective or incorrect merchandise are eligible for exchanges. Exchanges must be postmarked within 15 days of the delivery date and must be received in its original condition and packaging. Items returned with obvious use may be subject to refusal.
To make an exchange,
1. Email info@lashnation.net with "Exchange" and your order number in the email subject line. Include a detailed description of the reason for the exchange. Attach any photos of the defective or incorrect item if available.
2. Once your request has been confirmed, place the merchandise in secure packaging and ship to the address provided in the email. We recommend using a carrier with tracking services. We are not responsible for any lost packages.
3. Upon receipt, we will inspect your merchandise to confirm if it is eligible for exchange, was defective, and/or was incorrectly shipped to you.
4. Once approved, allow 3-5 business days for exchanges to be processed.
5. You are responsible for shipping fees incurred for exchanges. Additional shipping fees for replacement merchandise will be charged to your account on file. If the error was caused by us, we will handle the shipping fees.
6. Gift vouchers and sale items cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
